Paige Stephens, OD

Dr. Paige Stephens is a certified optometrist offering a comprehensive range of eye care services, with a focus on the diagnosis and management of ocular diseases. She has advanced training through a clinical residency in glaucoma research and provides expert care for conditions such as macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and dry eye disease. In addition to these specialized services, Dr. Stephens performs routine comprehensive eye exams and offers precise fittings for glasses and contact lenses.

A proud Kansas native, Dr. Stephens earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas, where she was also a Division I athlete on the KU rowing team. She went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree with honors from Pacific University College of Optometry in Oregon in 2017. During her time at Pacific, she was deeply involved with Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity (VOSH), providing essential vision care in underserved communities across El Salvador, India, and Cambodia. Her dedication led her to serve as president of the organization, and she was recognized with the Lion’s Club Community Service Award and Pacific University’s “Student of the Year” award in 2014.

After graduation, Dr. Stephens completed an academic residency at the Raymond G. Murphy VA Medical Center in Albuquerque, NM, where she focused on glaucoma research. She has authored and presented multiple research posters at the American Academy of Optometry.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Stephens finds balance and inspiration in the great outdoors. An avid adventurer, she embraces Colorado’s mountain lifestyle through hiking, biking, snowboarding, and backcountry camping. Her deep appreciation for nature and exploration has taken her far beyond the Rockies—she’s traveled extensively across the U.S., spent time backpacking through South America, Europe, and Asia. Whether navigating a trail or discovering a new culture, Dr. Stephens brings the same curiosity and commitment to life that she brings to her patients each day.
